Favorite Purchases From May

Hi guys, the end of the month is here and it’s about to be JUNE! WOW! Where has this year gone??

Fashion To Follow Pink Wall L.A. Travel Guide Year in Review

Thought it would be fun to do a little recap of my favorite purchases lately.

Here are my favorite purchases from May:

  1. Drunk Elephant Baby FacialIf you follow me on Instagram, you know I love Drunk Elephant. I actually discovered them on IG last August and have been hooked ever since. To be completely honest, I was never big into skincare. Then that upper-20s feeling creeped in and I felt like I better start doing something… And I researched the heck out of which brands would be best. If you’re looking into revamping (or *ahem* starting) a skincare routine, look no further. This is NOT sponsored or anything. I just REALLY love this brand. I would recommend trying either this or this first, or this little starter pack. And if you’re hesitant to spend $$, think about this: You only have one face. It’s the first thing people see when they look at you. Invest in taking good care of your skin. (I read that in Vogue once and it stuck with me.)
  2. Trader Joe’s Rose Hand Cream. I thought I’d have to wait until next February. Luckily the restocked. Of course I bought 5… So worth it. Feels so luxe and it’s only $5. 🙂
  3. My Trunk Club Do you use Trunk Club? If you like clothes, you will love it. If you hate going shopping, you will love it. If you like Nordstrom, you will love it. Since statements 1 and 2 are somewhat contradictory, this applies to everyone to some degree. Try it. I really, truly think you will LOVE it. 🙂 You basically work with a stylist, tell them what your style is/what you’re looking for, and they find items that fit, send them to you, you try them at home and then send back anything you don’t want. I think the reason I like it so much is because the stylist knows everything that’s available, so she can find stuff for me that I may have never found otherwise, like this darling gingham top and these pants that are perfect for work and under $60. Best of all, if you’re a Nordstrom cardholder, it’s FREE.
  4. This under $100 patio bench– For all the sunny days we’ve had this past month, I’ve really enjoyed sitting out on my patio and being able to stretch out on a bench like this has been perfect!
  5. “Everybody Always”
