Mani styled with some of my favorite accessories, all c/o Moorea Seal
Like many of you, I love a fresh mani and pedi. Just like an accessory, manicured nails can really glam up an outfit. From a very early age, my mom instilled the importance of well-manicured nails and I have always maintained that. (I even keep Jenna Hipp nail polish remover at my desk and in my suitcase for chip emergencies!) With that said, I’m very selective when it comes to choosing a spa or salon to get my nails done at.
Let’s put it this way: I’m a clean freak. A germaphobe. Howie Mandel’s best friend. (OK, maybe not that intense, but you get the picture.) So when it comes to choosing a spa, I want to be 100% certain that they take cleanliness as seriously as I do. That’s why I’m so happy to be partnering with InSpa. Not only do they do they do an exceptional job, but when it comes to sanitation and sterilization, they go above and beyond state regulations, ensuring to autoclave and sterilize all tools and disposing of nail files and buffers after each use. You can read their full sanitation mission statement below.
Walking into an InSpa location feels like a mini retreat. The environment is so serene and calm and relaxing classical music streams lightly from the stereos. They treat their clients so well; I have been a customer for years and always feel so comfortable there.
The manicure I received on Wednesday was the “InSpa Signature” and not only included a polish treatment, but came with an exfoliating scrub, masque, and massage. It felt like the royal treatment of manicures and turned out beautifully. The color I chose for this session was “Live. Love. Carnaval.” by OPI – a bright pink with orange undertones. InSpa has so many beautiful colors to choose from by both OPI and CND Shelac. Along with nail services, they offer a range of facials, massages, waxing, and brow and lash packages.
They have multiple locations throughout Washington and California and have been kind enough to provide a 10% off discount code for my local readers: InSpaAmanda10.
Additionally, one lucky reader will win a facial! Visit my Instagram to see how to enter.
Good luck and enjoy the weekend!
xx Amanda

InSpa Sanitation Mission Statement:
InSpa prides itself in offering quality, professional service in a relaxing and safe environment. We go above and beyond state regulations to ensure sterilization and best practices are consistent throughout our spas. Each buffer and nail file is disposable, and discarded after each individual treatment. All stainless steel implements used by our Nail Professionals are sterilized in an autoclave, a unit trusted by the medical industry for its unparalleled disinfectant process.
Implements, including nail clippers, cuticle pushers and cuticle clippers, are washed prior to sterilization. Autoclave packaging visibly indicates sanitized implements with a change of arrow or text color on the outer pouch. (Show images) Nail Professionals open sterile autoclave pouches at the start of the service, demonstrating to the guest that implements are disinfected.
Our linen is washed and pressed on a weekly basis, and carefully placed in a laundry hamper after use. Our Nail Professional Leads and Management frequently audit treatment areas for cleanliness ensuring product used in our treatments are clearly labeled and a list of ingredients is available by request.
It is our sincerest mission to allow our Guests to enjoy services at InSpa without worry or fear. We are honored to be your trusted Neighborhood spa, and look forward to your next visit!
