SXSW – what an adventure! Inspiration – in the form of emerging tech, music, and art – was around every corner – as was lots of delicious food. It was fast-paced and I didn’t have much time to blog, but I Tweeted, Snapped, and Meerkated (a new verb to add to your vocab and an app to add to your home screen) as much as I could. Meerkat is a social app that launched at SXSW. It allows users to live-stream an experience and share it with Twitter + Meerkat followers. It’s a fun way to transmit a live experience via a social network.
I was lucky to see some amazing keynotes and speakers, including Biz Stone, Eric Schmidt, Malcolm Gladwell (my favorite author), Gary Vaynerchuk, Bethany Mota, Tyler Oakley, Tyler Droll, and Brooks Buffington. And the biggest highlight was of course reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones, including Courtney Price, who took most of these outfit photos!
